I have a qps fire 8x4x32x and every time i go to toast it tells me it can't find any recorder and check power. well i do that and this stupid thing isn;t reading my recorder. plese help.

I have the same FW CDRW with a blue & white G3 tower at work, and had the same problem with Toast 4.12 and OS 9.1. It wouldn't recognize the burner. I went back to Toast 4.0.1.1 and it worked fine. But man, I hate going back to earlier versions .....
