I'm very happy - or should say I was happy -- with my Canon N650U when I was under 9.2.

I don't see any word as to whether Canon will come out with drivers for OS X.

Having been told by Epson they will in no way make drivers for the 5700i I love for OS X, I sure hope Canon won't take the same stance.

Any word on this?

argh. Don't even get me started.

Canon WILL release OSX drivers, but it will be when they are good and damn ready. Despite several attempts at contacting them on the issue, the little trolls never respond or give me the time of day: I am just brushed off as one of those "silly mac users."

Most, if not all, of their quirks with WinXP were fixed INSTANTLY, but it has taken 11 months to write a simple driver fora scanner I purchased no more than 7 months ago. What a total crock.

Sorry for the rant. I really wanted to get that out of my system
