hi,
I want to buy a iPod. but I have PowerBook G3 333Mhz ( Lombard ). which PCMCIA FireWire do you suggest for my computer.

try searching...I've seen answers about this sort of thing b/c you want to get one that will work properly.

I recommend the OrangeLink FireWire CardBus:
http://www.orangemicro.com/fwcardbus.html

Works with the iPod but because none of the PCMCIA card bus power the iPod, you need to put the iPod in FireWire mode manually. Hold down Menu and Play/Pause for several seconds to restart the ipod and then hold down the BACK & FORWARD buttons down until you see the firewire symbol.
