Good news for the Epson Stylus Photo 750 Printer on Mac OX X.
The official driver is available on this adress :
ftp://ftp.epson.fr/pub/fr/pilotes/jetencre/mac/sp750x.sit
I download it, and it works fine.

Great news, thanks!
But my next printer will be no Epson. They didn't inform waiting users like me that they are working on this model's driver, and didn't answer my e-mails.
And they probably only wrote this driver as "weirdkid" released an unofficial one and showed that it can be done without thaaaaaat much delay.

I had to buy a different printer 6 months ago because Epson officially didn't plan to release a driver for the SP750. I downloaded the driver from the french ftp site and it works like a charm. I wonder why it hasn't been officially released in the US and id doesn't show in the list of future Epson updates...

Finally! Shows you what harrassing a company will do! They told me numerous times they weren't going to write a driver and that I should buy a newer Epson printer. This is great news. Thanks for pointing it out. Now if I could just get Umax to write a driver for the Astra 1220U....

I saw on Versiontracker today the official release by Epson of a driver version 1.1aS. Does anybody know the difference (if any) between this and the one from the french ftp site?

I too have been waiting for some news from Epson about OSX drivers for my 1650 Photo scanner. I even wrote snail mail to their "customer support" address. No response! Switching from my OSX partition to my OS 9.2 is a pain. Sorry I bought the thing.
