Hi,
I managed to yank the monitor cable out of the connector - that is the part the sticks into the computer. (I swear I barely touched it! )

It is an old Apple 13 inch color monitor.

The good news is the wires popped out clean and I got the connector open with a razor blade. All I have to do is stick the wires back into the connector and I'm good to go.

The bad news:
I have no idea which wire goes to which pin.

Anybody know where I can find a chart that shows which color wire goes to which pin number?

Even the specific name of the part I'm dealing with would be a help.

The connector says 'goldconn', their website is not only under construction but is also in korean. So I'm s.o.l. there.

thanks
