Since most of the companies that sell blank discs buy their discs from multiple manufacturers and sell them as the same product, giving specific brand names basically doesn't help. This is the case with most of the brands you will find in retail, such as Memorex, Fuji, TDK, Imation, Sony, etc. as well as the store brands.
There are whole websites devoted to media evaluation, but since there is no way to guarantee what's actually inside the package with most brands, those sites are of limited value at best.
That said, some brands do make their own, so you know what to expect. Three that come to mind are Verbatim (Mitsubishi Chemical), MAM-A, and Taiyo Yuden. (In the last two cases, make sure you're not buying counterfeit!) MAM-A is (literally!) the gold standard in blank optical media, since they make discs with actual gold, which doesn't degrade the way silver and aluminum can.
Any of those is likely going to work fine, and frankly, you'll do fine with just about any name-brand media.
