I have an SGI 17" LCD and love it. However, 12 months and one week post purchasing the Formac proformance III video card that runs the LCD, the card died after updating to the lastest ROM. You can not even boot the G4 (or any our other G4's or G3's) with the card installed. Contacting Formac about having it repaired or serviced and their repsonse was "Best just to buy a new card". This is not what I call the definition of good service. Consequently, I would rather NOT buy another Formac product. Besides the ridiculously priced multilink adapter from SGI, anyone else using a different card with the correct digital output for the SGI LCD.

Thanks for the help.
