hi - my sony 200PS suddenly died today so in kind of a rush i bought a lecie electron22blueIII (on sale)...

i usually run in 10.1 and everything seems fine EXCEPT i don't see the maximum promised resolution or the variety of refresh rates....

max promised is 2048 x 1536 @ 80Hz - i'm getting 1920 x 1440 @ 75Hz as my max... and the max refresh rate is 85Hz..

anyone else had experience with this monitor? can still take it back tomorrow if it was a bad choice.

this is with an 867 quicksilver.

i think it all relates to the video card and not the monitor. so if the video card can only handel x resolution, but the monitor can handel y resolution then the max will be resolution x.

get it?
