I'm having trouble installing a printer, the Samsung ML-1210. It used to work great but then it stopped so I tried to re-install and now I can't. All these things I download say hold the option key in the print center to add a printer manually but when I hold down option nothing happens. All that stuff in the printer menu is grayed out. Please help. Thanks
