I don't want to have to use Toast to convert videos to DVD to watch them on my TV anymore. I am going to be getting a Radeon 9800Pro 256MB either late Feb or March for my MDD DP 1.25GHZ Rev C.

I will use the S-Video out to my TV and audio out to stereo (current setup) then stereo to TV for audio. Now my problem is "How do I stop/play/rewind/fast-forward etc" the video while sitting at my TV?

One possible answer is the "Remote Wonder II" by ATI.

Is anyone using it and how good is it for running DivX, QuickTime, etc?

Thanks

the remote wonder stinks. If you have other options, go with them. I know that the Logitech harmony is highly rated among all universal remotes, just not sure if it is available with Mac drivers. I have a media pc running xp media center and I have the microsoft oem remote, and it is a great designed remote. You can check both remotes out at newegg.com.

good luck bro.

Why does it stink? What's wrong with it? I need it to just control my Mac not my TV, DVD, etc.

That Logitech remote it to control your TV/DVD player etc. This is not what I want. I want to control the apps on my computer from my TV and that is what the ATI Remote Wonder does.
