Question about the Air Port base station

Does the Air Port base station have a place to plug in RJ45 Wires for desktop computers that dont have a wireless card.. and if so it should work with Windows based desktops right?

the airport extreme basestation has a WAN and a LAN port. i have my cable modem plugged into one and i used to have a switch plugged into the other one with my xbox in the switch.

the airport works fine with windows wired and wirelessly.
