Hello, I just plugged in my cinema display and I have a few questions.

I've noticed several "dead" pixels in different colors. I know that some are acceptable, but here are a few questions about them:

1) How many does apple consider acceptable?

2) Like I said I *just* turned it on for the first time, will some just go away as this thing breaks in, so to speak?

Third and unrelated question:

3) I have noticed what appears to be something like a crease down the center of the display and one off to the right. You can really only notice it with a black picture, or when the display is off. Is this normal to it's construction?

Thanks for answers!

I think Apple considers 3 or 4 to be acceptable. This is going by what I've heard hear (or perhaps what I remember from reading here). Here is a link to a page at Apple Support that talks about "dead pixels". Perhaps it has some more answers for you. . .
