I have a latest generation 12" PowerBook G4 and a new Epson Powerlite S3 projector. I would like to know the best cabling solution to get one to connect to the other.

The PowerBook has a mini-jack audio-out port, mini-dvi, VGA, and S-Video and Composite Video-out Port (adapter sold separately according to Apple)

The Epson has an S-Video In Port, and an RCA in Port.

I'm assuming that the S-Video is probably the way to go, but which Apple adapter should I buy specifically. Anyone?
