Hi there...
I'm a longtime lurker on the board but a first-time poster, and I wonder if you all can help me. (I've found tons of helpful tech support here in ther past, so my fingers are crossed...)
My Radius IntelliColor 20e appears to have died, but I want confirmation from someone who's used these monitors before. It was used when I got it, and I've had it for about three years. All it does is blink its two LEDs -- one green, one yellow -- over and over, even if I power off and then on again, even if I unplug and then replug, etc. I don't have the manual, so I don't know -- is this the Radius's way of telling me, "I'm toast"?
Full story, if it matters: I left my TiBook on, burning a CD (hard drive backup) with the monitor connected and on. When I came back, the computer was still on, but my monitor was off -- this is actually common; it goes into "power save" mode after 15-20 mins. or so -- but I couldn't get the monitor to wake up. I restarted the TiBook, and obviously it's working fine, but the monitor won't come out of hibernation.
Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks a bunch.
