Hey all,

I've had some luck posting on here before when I've had some problems. Let me start out by telling you what the system is that I'm running:

PowerMac G4 Dual 1.25 Mhz tower
22 inch Cinema display
15 inch Studio display

My probem is, and this has happened once before as well, is when I'm moving anything behind my system sometimes a wire will come out and something will disconnect. Normally this isn't an issue, but I've been using an Apple branded DVI to ADC connector and when this item does disconnect while the computer is on it does cause some problems. My 15 inch Studio display is running through this boat anchor of a converter and this is the display I'm having issues with at the moment. I was simply moving a USB cable and I bumped the power supply to the converter which came undone due to gravity and now my display is black. This happened once before and I even made sure everything was organized so it would not happen again. Obviously it didn't work. Is there a reason this would happen? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have no idea why but after sitting overnight the display now works. I'm wondering if this is a problem with the DVI to ADC converter or the monitor or the combination of both.
