I purchased 10 gb ipod for my husbands b'day. I was able to get some of his old jazz albums and turn them to mp3 using sound studio. When we first tried using the ipod it would count off the entire playlist (Non stop and without playing). I called the apple store and they said to bring it in. I connected to the mac and the next day it worked again. So I say if it works forget it. Now it's happening again only on the jazz lists. I try to reset it without luck. All the songs on the itunes music on my computer work great. Any ideas as it took a lot of time to record all that vinyl.
