I have a 1992 vintage Sigma Silverview Portrait21 Monitor (model
#PTM00-2100-Z) with its dedicated Nubus card that I have been running on
a IIci: it is a joy to have so much screen space for the music notation
work that I do.

Wanting to move it to a 'modern' computer, I acquired a PowerMac
8100/80, one of the last of the Nubus macs. Alas, it freezes early and
often, and I suspect the card is incompatible with the 8100.

Does anyone have any experience running this combination, or have
another solution with another card and/or another computer with this
monitor, and would they be willing to share how they got it to work?

Thanks much.
