I own a G4 450 DP running 9.0.4 with 192 RAM. Lately, my VS has taken to not letting me pick a resolution higher than 1280 x 1024 but I used to run it at 1600 x 1200 without any trouble.

From what I can tell it will flash dark and instead of coming up with the visible "confirm this change" screen I just get a blank screen until it kicks me back out to 1280 x 1024.

Does anyone have any guesses or suggestions as to what may be causing the problems? I've tried with Base 9 extensions and 9 ALL set but it didn't change anything. I've trashed prefs, run all my utilities...everything I know to do and nothing has worked. The monitor isn't old as I just bought everything in September.
