When I'm using a web browser and I click the wheel button of my mouse, I like to have a new browser tab open while keeping the current tab selected. Therefore, it seems to me that for Firefox and Safari (and most others), I need to map a Command-Click to the the wheel button. I got this to work, but I swear that the selection I made looks like the Option button:

Am I crazy? It works as it should in that whenever I click the wheel button, a new tab opens up but the current tab remains selected. But for that to happen, shouldn't I have picked the option in the Logitech Device Manager immediately to the left of the one that's "grayed-in"?

Pretty frustrating goof. I struggled with this for over an hour before I came to the same conclusion. So I'm not crazy. Better alert Logitech to this!

I got a response from Logitech that goes like this:
Code:
Thank you for your interest in Logitech products. We appreciate your feedback. I will forward your feedback to our research and development team for further consideration. If you have any technical issues we would be glad to help you resolve them. Please respond back to this e-mail should you have any. Thank you.
Which is basically the equivalent of, "We're ignoring you now."
