I recently got Power R's Director's Cut ( http://www.powerr.com [but it's currently down]) , for importing and exporting video. When importing video (in Final Cut Pro) the sound and video are always de-synchronized, but in a weird way. The sound isn't just ahead or behind a few seconds, it's completely screwed up. It's almost like the video and sound are on different time codes.

I'm kinda new to FCP, so I guess that could be it, I haven't tried any other applications

In case it helps, I have a B&W G3 400Mhz, 384Mb ram, 9GB ultra scsi, 30GB ultra(66) ata(this is the scratch disk) on OS 9.1

I can't say for sure I have latest version of everything, but in general I try to keep things up to date.

If it would help I can send a sample of video

I know I didn't do a good job explaining my problem, but it's hard to describe.

ANY help would much appreciated
