I have a G4 with an internal Zip. In the last several weeks it is a crapshoot as to whether or not it will work. Sometimes yes, other times no.

I occasionally hear the infamous click, but it never consistently predicts a functioning or non-functioning Zip.

Any ideas?

The bad new is I have MS. The good news is I don't mean Microsoft.
