I have an EZQuest Firewire CD-RW 6X/4X/24X burner connected to my G4/450. I do quite a lot of disc-to-disc copying from the internal DVD to the burner. I can only reliably copy at the 4X speed. My question is- Would one of the newer 12X drives be able to make disc-to-disc copies at a faster speed, or is this a limitation of disc-to-disc copying and the read speed of the internal DVD drive?

if you want to burn at 12x ur dvd drives has to read at 12x or greater
