is there any product out there use usb port to audio amplifier (out)? Just like the cube amplifier w/o the speakers or 'reverse' iMic.

Check out that monster of a link above... I have one of these and it works well. Digital io is surprisingly useful too. It requires no additional drivers either. The downer is that the supplied editing software is PC only, plus it's not especially cheap. But worth a look..
