Getting Files From Rio 800 To Computer

	I was at the George Harrison memorial at Strawberry Fields, in Central Park, in NYC (the Lennon memorial)... I spent a few hours at one of the sing-alongs that was taking place. At some point, I realized that I was carrying my Rio 800 128MB MP3 player, and that it has a microphone built-in and has recording capabilities. So I have recorded about 45 minutes of this very moving tribute... I'd like to get this (surprisingly!) decently clear file from MP3 player to computer... is there any way to do this? Thanks so much.
