This is a rackmount Tripp-Lite UPS whose batteries are not user replaceable due to shock potential. However, the batteries are easily accessed and I could easily replace them without any issues. The problem I face is finding the right batteries. I can't find anybody that produces a battery for this UPS. I'm not sure what the battery model is but it requires at least two six volt lead acid batteries. Does anybody out there know that battery model is used in this UPS?

Just pull out the batteries and see what they are. Most likely they are sealed lead-acid or gel lead acid, and so all you do is look at the specs and find one of the same dimensions with similar specs. They're not hard to find from electronics mail-order places like mouser.com or digikey.com.
