Hi All

Wondering if any of you seen this. I have a Macally ikey (I know about the recall), Kensington Mouse-in-a-box-USB, B&W G3, MacOS 9.0.4 with lasted drivers...

While playing Quake the mouse will go dead but the keyboard still works. Here is the weried thing. If I set Energy Saver CP to never it does not happen.

Do you think this has to do with the ikey recall? It seems like the system is going to sleep

Yes.

I have similar problems...but the reverse for UnrealTournament. I loose the keyboard, but keep the mouse. I never have any nrg saver stuff on. I turn off my monitor when I'm done with it. I still think its the MacAlly crap hardware that is causing the problem. (Even though it may not be...I'm very biased against MacAlly now.)
