OWC's $89 case is the cheapest I've seen for a 5.25" case (even more so since it has a 911 bridge)

The Oxford 911 bridge is the hardware in the case that converts the IDE chanel into firewire, they are known as the fastest and the most reliable.

the oxford 911 refers to the bridge between the firewire and the ATA/IDE interface that your hd will connect to inside the enclosure (Firewire drives actually have ATA/IDE drives inside, but you connect to them via firewire - the bridge can be thought of as an adapter between the two allowing you to do this). The 911 is a new technology which overcomes many of the performance bottlenecks that first generation firewire drives suffered from. Since you have a 7200 RPM drive, I would definitely get an enclosure with the 911 chip. Good luck!
