I have a Pioneer DVR-110D in a USB2 enclosure that has served me well for the better part of a year. However, starting about a week ago, it will no longer burn DVDs. Reads and burns CDs, reads DVDs, but every time I go to burn a DVD I get a coaster with the message "Device not ready" after lead-in.
I've tried different burning speeds, different media, different burning apps, different OSs; every time, the same (or similar, varies with program) error.

Any ideas? If I can't fix it I'll punt it as a Combodrive in the marketplace and pick up a DVR-111.

thats werid, have you called pioneer and asked them about this problem? Maybe they offer some kind of refund/exchange type deal.
