is the iomega zip 100 drive usb powered?

Nope. It's a gotta a mini-brick. Pretty lightweight, actually. Still inconvenient, though.

The only Iomega drive that is host powered is the Zip 250 USB drive when being used on a laptop via PCMCIA or when being used with a six pin firewire adapter.

The Clik card drive is also host powered.
