I tried to figure this out on the internet, but I must have looked at the wrong sites.

What kind of web cameras are supported for Mac?

I'd like one for both os9 and 0SX, but one just for OS9 would be fine too.

Is Logitechs cams supported?

Any camera that supports QuickTime capture, i.e. most USB and FireWire cameras will work without a hitch I believe...

Just don't get the Pyro webcam, it only works in classic and not X. I emailed the company many times and they 'have no plans yet to make the camera compatible with X'.
