I recently purchased a Que! USB CD-RW, but it was shipped with the wrong installation disc. I have had trouble contacting QPS's tech support, and they don't have the Mac drivers up on the web. Can anyone email me the drivers or let me know where I can download them? Thanks.

Question: Have you installed Toast? The drivers you need will be installed by Toast. After install, you should see several USB drivers in your extensions folder. Remove them all but the one with your drive noted.

An update on my situation:

I have already installed Toast, and the QPS USB Toast extension is the only driver in the extensions folder. The Apple System Profiler recognizes the drive correctly, however, Toast says that the drive is a "M_twu_i7 CW- 78 (Not Supported)" at USB #0. The Apple System Profiler says that the drive is at USB port #1. It seems that Toast cannot recognize the drive. Here's another thing: when I put a normal CD-ROM into the drive, the computer crashes and I have to restart.
