A MP3 Player that looks like an audio-cassette. You´ll be able to download your mp3 files from iTunes and play them in any stereo device.

This is consistent with an article from wired:

Doubt it. That tape's been around for a long time. Not revolutionary enough for Apple to make one, and it's been said that its not a 'normal' MP3 player, which that mostly is.

I'm hoping to be suprised.
