can't calibrate studio display 21"

i'm having trouble using the auto calibration on my studio display at work. it's a graphite 21" s.d. connected to a G4/400.

all the display software is loaded and i am running OS 9.04.

usb is connected properly and i am using the hub for a keyboard and intellimouse.

thoughts?

What version of the Apple Display software are you running?
