If I buy my Powerbook from a third-party dealer, in order to save money, will I be able to buy peripherals from Apple seperately?

For instance, you can get a good deal on a PB400 with 128MB extra RAM thrown into the deal, and no sales tax, if I go through MacConnection. That's good savings. But the version of the AirPort base station is behind the times. So could I buy the AirPort stuff from Apple without buying a system from them?

I'm sure the answer is Yes, but the fact is that on the Web site it seems to be No. Would I have to phone in the order?

Thanks,
PrivateCitizen
