I'm considering purchasing the Rio 800 Extreme, and need to ask SONICblue some questions. The problem is their customer support forms keep on returning errors to me, so I'd be much appreciated if someone could post an email address to SONICblue's customer service department.
Also, if anyone has any experience with the Rio 800, please feel free to post. I'm considering a $750 Cdn purchase, so I'd like some assurance about the product and the company. I'm especially interested in warranty and servicing, because I live in Canada.
And, of course, I'll be waiting until after Apple announces its "breakthrough digital device" just in case it has something to do with portable music.
