I am looking for a reliable solution for an iMac DV. I need firewire capability and full compatibility with the iMac DV. The Sony Spressa 120EX CD-RW is not currently compatible as per Sony's tech support, so I would like to know if there is a good product on the market that meets these specs. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanx!

As far as I know, there are 3 Firewire CDRW drives that are shipping or very close: the Fantom, the Boa from EZQuest, and the Que drive (available by the end of the month they told me yesterday). Of these three I have heard favorable reports on the Boa - available at Small Dog Electronics. Check the G4 Forum for more.
