There's some stuff called KlearScreen that is recommended for laptops, it's basically a cleaning cloth with alcohol (diluted) and a polishing cloth with nothing on it.

Remember, be GENTLE when you do it, or you'll scratch. And have plenty of moisture on the rag.
BUT use a recognized system that is sold expressly for laptop screens and LCDs -- do NOT use a regular screen cleaner.
