I have a fairly high end monitor that supports the standard 15 pin D-SUB video connector or the separate 5 BNC connectors (Samsung 900NF).

Are there any advantages with using the BNC connectors instead of the all-in-one cable? And does anyone recommend a certain brand of cable or know where they can get a good quality cable for cheap? I don't want to pay Belkin's ridiculous $70 for just one cable. Thanks.
