My printer works with OSX, but only just. It prints really slowly. Any ideas why? I think it's probably the driver. The latest version of the driver on the HP site is 1.3. How do I find out if the one I've got is earlier?

Thanks,

Will

I also own an HP930. I'm running v1.3 of the drivers in 10.1.5 on a G4 Cube. You might want to experiment with the print settings. The 1st time I installed the OSX HP drivers (v1.1 iirc) I noticed that unlike in OS9, the Normal setting was highest quality which uses that slow microline feed. I changed the settings a few times between Draft and Normal and it eventually reset. Not sure what caused that - anyway, that was quite a while ago. It's been fine ever since........joe
