Sometimes when I start up my desktop which has a Mighty Mouse any left click appears to be a right click. It's at though a control key is held down with the left click. Clicking on a window hides all the others. Clicking on a browser link gives the context menu which asks to open in a new window etc. After 5-15 minutes it seems to return to normal.

Any ideas.
