Hi all,

I have a PowerBook G3 [OS 9.0.4] with an AsanteTalk box to allow ethernet to serial or something connection to allow me to use my LaserWriter II NTX.

What I am wanting to do is download drivers for my Personal LaserWriter NTR so that I can use it as well. Does anyone have any idea where I can find the driver for a Personal LaserWriter NTR?

Also, does anyone know if my Personal LaserWriter NTR will work with the AsanateTalk box? My LaserWriter II NTX works fine. They both have the same connection needed to connect to the AsanteTalk box.

Any thoughts and/or suggestions are needed and will be appreciated.

Hi Veblen,
Have you tried using the personal laserwriter NTR? It shoudl work with the Asante appletalk box because both of your printers have a localtalk connection. Also, they should both be supported by the laserwriter driver... here is a good matric for your perusing...
