I am having a problem with a Laserwriter 8500 and a Laserwriter select 360. They are the only printers on the network and whenever they are requested to perform a print by any computer on the network the paper misfeed light comes on. The printers do not attempt to warm up or perform self checks.
I can get a test page out of the 360 but the 8500 won't do anything at all. There are no misfeeds or paperjams anywhere, the paper size is set correctly, the lastest drivers are installed and I've reset the laserwriter prefs and parsed PPD folder.
Can anyone suggest anything else?
