Can anyone advise if these are supported by OSX yet? I've got a Xterminator that's just gathering dust.

Have you tried USB Overdrive? It might work for you...

USB Overdrive for OS X doesn't include controller support yet.
'Gamepad Companion' seems to be the only game in town, so to speak, except for those games that have support built-in. eg. Wingnuts, Reckless Driven'
