i'm curious as to what i've got. I though the system profiler would do it, but it doesn't show up.

It shows up if you have a B&W G3 or higher... oh well.. I've always wanted to know what Ram I have as well (Beige G3 here)

Download Gauge Pro from Newer (www.newertech.com). It will give you the avg. sustained throughput of your RAM.

I have that, but it still doesn't show whether the RAM is 2-2-2, or 2-2-3, or...
