Wouldn't turn off even after charging. Apple is repairing it now. A few people in the support discussion problems have the same problems. I think it was hurt in shipping. So much for Fed-Ex.

Sorry to hear that you had trouble. Mine came ok last Thursday and was preloaded with 1.0.2 so I was good to go.


Once you get it back you'll love it.

Just got 2 today....One was DOA ...

Apple Wanted to "repair" it.... No Fu**ing way!!

Still Arguing with them to get a working one BEFORE XMAS.
