My iPod wheel is so lose that the smallest movement of the unit will turn the wheel and mess up my volume and such. It makes it very hard to select things as well. Is this normal? It wasnt so loose when it was new. I have a CompUSA service contract ill gladly use. Thanks all.

Mine was the same way and i was "this close" to sending it back to Apple -- but then i noticed a post that said you can press down on the wheel on the left and right side and it would snap back into "working" shape....it's now tight and controllable again

i did it and it's been like new....try it!
