Seriously.
The only ones that could *conceivably* work with a 233MHz G3 are the ones that do the video encoding in external hardware, and those are all hooked up via Firewire - which your machine doesn't have.
The others all both require a) that the CPU do the video encoding, meaning a realistic low-end is around a 1GHz G4 (we've found 900 MHz iBook G4s to be iffy), and b) USB2, since USB1.1, which is what your Mac has, cannot nearly accomodate the bandwidth necessary for a video stream.
