Hi all,

I just received an ink cartridge from 001inkjets.com. The brand is "N-Label." My printer won't recognize the cartridge even though the packaging explicitly states the two are compatible.

Has anyone had any dealings with either 001inkjets or the N-Label brand? I'm wondering if it's worth the hassle of trying another one, or if I should just ask for a refund. Thanks!
