I have rented an HP Laserjet 8100dn in London to do some printing for a job I have IN THE MORNING! (it's after 1am now). I have installed the latest driver from HP, but when i go to the Printer Setup Utility there's nothing there. Please help! i'm running a PB800 with OS X 10.4.5.

Many thanks in advance.

You need to add the printer. Network printers without Rendezvous (which I think is the category that model falls into) won't just show up. You have to find the printer's IP address (which is on the startup page, and can also be found in the printer's menus) and then go into Printer Setup Utility and add an IP printer, paste in the IP address, set the printer model, and you should be set.
