After finally getting drivers for the Zio for OS X. Update 10.1.2 killed it. I hope a fix comes soon.

It's a make of CompactFlash or SmartMedia card reader. Unfortunatley they only released drivers for OS X last week, these have now been broken with 10.1.2, pity !!
